I recommend replacing your outdoor GFCI outlets.

The one on my back deck stopped working last year. I tried resetting it, checked the circuit breaker to no avail. Replacing the outlet worked. I also installed a "enclosed" outlet box to help keep water off the outlet. The old one just had individual covers that were spring loaded to cover the outlets. They were fairly old, so I'm sure they had plenty of water intrusion over the years...
